Degree and Streams: BE/B.Tech (All Disciplines), MCA, GNNIT’s are Preferred. 3 Years Diploma holder in Hardware & Networking can also apply
Job Description:
- L1 Tech Support – NETGEAR (NASDAQ: NTGR) is a global networking company that delivers innovative products to consumers, businesses and service providers.
- The Company’s products are built on a variety of proven technologies such as wireless (Wi-Fi and LTE), Ethernet and power line, with a focus on reliability and ease-of-use.
- Candidates hired would be involved in troubleshooting & handling customer queries related to network devices.
Eligibility:
Essential Skills / Competencies:
- Willing to work in night shifts
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Excellent logical reasoning
- Handling Internet Troubleshooting Issues
- Basic Networking, LAN, WAN, Corporate enterprise domain infrastructure environment.
Desired Experience:
- 6 Months & above Experience in any Voice helpdesk Process would be an added advantage
