Job Description
Process customer requests based on standard operating procedures using messaging platforms:
Process tickets raised by customers based on process flow marked by MagicPin
Run verification on customer claims/tickets based on the processes charted out by MagicPin
Process vendor requests based on standard operating procedures using messaging platform (no voice):
Process tickets raised by vendors based on process flow marked by MagicPin
Familiarize merchant with the MagicPin platform and its usage
Process standard queries raised by vendors; escalate if not in standard process
Role requirements
