Description :

Eligibility :

  • B.E/B.Tech from a recognized university or institution.
  • Troubleshoot all Level 1 calls from the customers.
  • Ensure consistent customer satisfaction.
  • Timely escalation and handoff of Critical/Irate customer to L2
  • Document all communication with customers in the CRM.
  • Notify/Discuss with TL/Manager on Tickets that require assistance.
  • Contribute to the knowledge base/ Tech Forum.
  • Knowledge of Basic Networking concepts such as OSI Layers/ TCP/IP protocall Suite, Understanding of IP addressing and subnetting.
  • Understanding of DNS, DHCP
